Will it, or wont it

Hello all. I know it has been a while since I have posted an entry, but with Mel-the-blog-nazi on my shoulder I have all of a sudden found the time to post.

Our ski trip is just around the corner and we are both sweating on the snow (pardon the pun ... to become obvious). Unseasonably warm weather on either side of the equator - I have been reading about your hot hot weather, to which I can retort that I don't think it has gotten below 12 deg c up here, which is unheard of for this time of year - and, well, this might just affect the snow we need to have a ski holiday.

Fortunately, Mel chose a spot with more to recommend it than skiing. It is a proper village (not purpose built) is picturesque and has other stuff to do. Nevertheless, this is a ski trip.

Finger crossed ... and keep an eye on the forecast.

Pink Lady has all grown up

Remember the first pic? Taken in December 2005 at my work Christmas party. It was a Hollywood theme and I went as a Pink Lady - Marty to be precise. Well this year, the theme was 50's and guess what the girls in my team wanted to go as? Pink Ladies of course. This time I got to be Rizzo - much cooler, much sassier, much naughtier! You try and tell me we're not excited

This is just a typical Sunday evening for us. You know, ironing for the week, packing Paul's bags so he can go and work 4 hours away for the week, eating dinner, dressing up in ski gear, watching the West Wing etc etc. Nothing out of the ordinary really.

Only just over two weeks to go before we hit the slopes!
